This stood out to me because the bag was super cute! I love the cork and I LOVE the blue. Totally judged a book by its cover, and boy, am I glad I did. With summer in full force, and plenty of vacations around the corner, I thought I'd do a short and sweet review (for once) in case you're looking for cute, practical packing solutions for YOUR next trip, too. This bag has held up MANY vacations and trips, and personally, I've had it for THREE years. Since I just got one for my mom too, I thought it's a perfect time to do a quick little review.

A Few Standards:

What do I want out of my cosmetics bag? It must be vegan and cruelty free, so it can’t be made with leather, silk, or animal hair as a quick example. Bonus points if the company is ethical and if the product itself is made in a clean, natural way, with recycling kept in mind. Another bonus is if it’s cute, though not a deal breaker. I want it to store my makeup/skincare items as I travel a lot, so durability and functionality are a must. It also must be easy to clean. If my bag gets stained with foundation and it doesn’t come out, that’s a no-no for me. Why? I can’t stand things to look dirty. Aside that, anything else is a bonus. So, vegan, cruelty free, functional, durable, decent size and easy to clean. Simple.

I mean, just look at this bag. It is SOOOOOOOO cute. I personally love the colour scheme and find it visually appealing. Spoiler alert, I love this bag. I’m actually going to be re-buying it because my mom saw it, wanted it, and c’mon, who can say no to their mom? So, my mom and I are matching now. #Twinning.

First things first. As I mentioned, I love the way it looks. The colour, the logo, the whole scheme is just really, really cute. I travelled with this to Europe twice and both times the products I placed inside were left completely intact. Nothing was broken, spilled, dented or destroyed. The reason I say Europe is because it's normally a two-day travel affair. So if my products can stay safe and contained for that long in my luggage, HUGE win. This bag can hold a LOT of things and it is SUPPPPPERRR easy to clean. I really, really enjoyed using this bag because who doesn’t want something to look cute and be functional? I love the fact that it doesn’t look bulky, yet it can house a lot of items, and like mentioned, it’s very durable. I highly, highly recommend grabbing this. If you aren’t into makeup or skincare, you can put your deodorant, perfume, really any other item, in here. I’m sure you can find a use for it. Heck, it can even work as a pencil case. Do people still use pencils? Regardless, I love this, and I think you will too. For me, in the future, this is definitely going to be repurchased.
