· Stimulates collagen production

· Delicious tangerine infused flavor

Glow Sweet Glow features an easily absorbable, low-molecular hyaluronic acid that helps lock moisture into the skin to keep it plump, hydrated and glowing. As we age, we naturally lose vitamin C in both the epidermis and dermis. This contains vitamin E and C to give you an ultimate glow. Clinical Results: In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical study it was found that ingested hyaluronic acid increased skin moisture and improved treatment outcomes for patients with dry skin. Vitamin E was shown to improve skin hydration and the combination of Vitamin E and Vitamin C were found to help protect the skin from damage. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

Highlighted Ingredients:

-Low-molecular Hyaluronic Acid: Same as 50 percent of the skin’s hyaluronic acid and helps boost hydration. -Vitamin C: Works to repair and protect skin from the effects of damaging free radicals. -Vitamin E: Supports the health and hydration of your skin.

A Few Standards:

What do I want from my vitamins? First, and most importantly, they have to be vegan, cruelty-free, and huge bonus points if the company makes efforts towards recycling and the packaging, if it’s organic, and if it’s travel friendly. I don’t want a ton of crap in my vitamins so it’s important the ingredients are nice and clean. Lastly, the vitamins must do what they claim. If I’m getting a digestive enzyme, it must help me digest my food, if I’m getting a vitamin that’s supposed to clear my skin, I should see results, etc.

Vitamins I take: B12.

These HUM Nutrition Vegan Gummy Vitamins have blown my mind! I purchased these from Sephora USA, and I have ordered more through Hum’s website. If you buy three vitamins, you get 25% off and you can take a vitamin quiz where they recommend what you might need. Initially, I was very skeptical ordering these because they have amazing reviews online, and honestly, the more good reviews something has, the higher chance it won’t work out for me. But, I did it. I bought them, I tested them, and they work! I normally take B12 (everyone should, vegan or not), and once in a while I take Digestive Enzymes. That’s it, that’s my regimen. I was very intrigued because people said they saw an improvement in their moisture level and I’m all about that glow, so why not?? So, let’s start with the cons. These may or may not be viewed as pricy depending on your budget. Aside the cost, I don’t really see much of a negative with these vitamins.

Now, the pros. There isn’t much of a smell but boy, do they pack taste! They taste A M A Z I N G. If you’ve ever had an orange creamsicle, it tastes JUST like it. It’s so yummy tasting it makes it easy to remember taking them. I like the packaging because it’s convenient and not too bulky, and I do think it would be durable enough to travel with. I think the ingredients are decent and I also like the brand---if that matters to you. Now, the most important part: the vitamins themselves work. I personally used these for four weeks before making my official review, but I saw results after two weeks. Though I have oily skin, I do wear a lot of makeup, I live in a city where pollution is present and I put my skin through stress, so sometimes, the glow is gone. So, since I needed my glow and hydration back, these came at a perfect time. Like I said, I was very intrigued by all the positive feedback these vitamins were receiving, so I went for it. My skin looks supple, glowy, and most of all, hydrated, so kudos to HUM for meeting those claims! I think if you want your skin to glow and get some good moisture, give these a whirl. I highly, highly recommend these and I’m super excited to try more from the brand.
