Le Spa Bleu Body Brush

Price: $10.99 CAD

A Few Standards:

What do I want out of my body brush? Personally, I have done a lot of research and learned that sisal bristles are the best for dry brushing (which is what I’d use the brush for), but I thought I’d give this a go anyways. My body brush must always be vegan, cruelty free and made with natural fibres. I refuse to use synthetic fibres as they are too harsh on the skin and I would never want the handle to be leather or with any animal hair. The bristles also have to be stiff so I can get a good exfoliation. Aside that, I don’t have a preference when it comes to size or colour, so as long as it gets the job done well, I am good.

Review:

*This product is vegan and cruelty free.*

I’m going to keep this review short and sweet since the product itself is pretty simple. I like the packaging a lot since there’s natural bristles and the little balls add to the not too rough, not too gentle, exfoliation. I like how it fits in my hand and I am able to exfoliate my body—the handle ensures I never drop it, which to me is really convenient. The only con is you wouldn’t be able to exfoliate your full back—you can get the top and the bottom part, but unless you have a partner or roommate to help you, it would be left partially exfoliated. So, if you’re an independent person—parts of your back may be neglected. I also think this brush is perfect for using on the feet, so I highly recommend. I have only used this brush dry, so I’m not sure if it works well wet – I don’t want to ruin the product to find out. For me, I would rebuy this, so should you wish to grab yourself one, visit the link below.
