A Few Standards:
What do I want out of my deodorant? First and foremost, it must be vegan, cruelty free and has to be aluminum free. I do prefer stick format, but I will try any formulation and any packaging—it can be a cream, in a tub, roll-on, stick, etc. My deodorant has to last me throughout my day and ensure I don’t stink. I want my deodorant to have a scent (any scent will do, I’m not picky), but I will still try scent-free from time to time for the sake of this blog. Bonus points if it’s organic, ethically made, and environmentally friendly. More bonus points if it doesn’t leave marks on my blouse/shirt though not a deal breaker. I also prefer to not have to reapply it more than twice within a day. Deal breaker: If I get a rash, reaction, or break out under my armpits.
*DISCLAIMER: It’s important for me to note that if you are starting a “clean” deodorant you need to give it about 10-14 days before making a judgement call because you will be detoxing (which means you’ll be stinky). If you’ve been using clean deodorants for over a month or so, you can determine clearly if the deodorant doesn’t work. I highly urge you to switch your deodorant to a cleaner one—there’s endless studies done to show what’s currently in our deodorants is NOT good. I have tried MANY deodorants which can be located in the body care tab of this blog, so you can find one that works for you! Get rid of those pesky chemicals, girl.***

WOW, where do I begin?! This stuff is absolutely great!! We're going to keep this review short and sweet because truly, there's nothing bad to say here. I have tried a lot, and I mean a LOT of deodorants. Before going vegan, I learned about the harmful effects of regular deodorants and decided to go the natural route. Well, going natural meant going smelly in some instances. I struggled to find a formulation which lived up to its claims, and most importantly, kept me smelling nice and dry. This deodorant WORKS, you guys. Seriously! It smells a bit potent at first but it lasts all day long. ALL DAY LONG. I was a bit skeptical at first since it's a roll on and I had tried so many that failed, but I'm glad I bought it anyways. It's long lasting, it smells great, it doesn't break out my underarms, it doesn't stain my clothes, the price point is amazing, and, did I mention? IT WORKS!! Give this a go if you feel like giving up on the natural deodorant hunt. For me, in the future, this is definitely going to be repurchased.
