A Few Standards:
What do I want out of my brush cleaner? It must be vegan, as always, and the less chemicals, the better. Whether solid or liquid, I don’t have a preference in terms of packaging. I want my brush cleaner to not break, leak, and of course, clean my brushes. I also pay attention to any unwanted residue; my brushes must look AND feel clean. Quick drying time is a bonus but not a must.

I’m going to keep this one short and sweet. Does this clean my beauty blender and brushes? Yes. Does it leave sticky, unwanted residue? No. Does it have a smell? Yes—shea butter. I do enjoy this product because it’s so convenient—it comes in a tub and you just run it under water for a few seconds before cleaning your tools. It creates a nice lather and it cleans the brushes pretty well. It’s also extremely comfortable to travel with, so that’s a bonus. All my brushes got cleaned, it's cheaper than some of the other solids out there, and storing this is a breeze. For me, in the future, this is definitely doing to be repurchased.
